Fluensio is a powerful AI-powered social media content creation tool by SoftPeo. It helps individuals and businesses generate high-quality ideas, scripts, posts, and metadata for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. With a clean, intuitive dashboard, users can manage all their content in one organized space. Fluensio supports both AI-generated and manual content inputs, offering full flexibility and control.

3. User Accounts

  • • You may need to create an account to use certain features.

  • • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with others.

  • • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • • You may update your name, profile picture, and other details anytime from your account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use Fluensio for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

  • • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems or security.

  • • Upload or generate any content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates any laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

  • • All content, trademarks, branding, and software within Fluensio are owned by SoftPeo, unless stated otherwise.

  • • You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our technology, design, or content without permission.

  • • Content generated by AI or manually added by users remains the intellectual property of the respective user, provided it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • • Fluensio may offer free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes.

  • • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store any card details, UPI information, or sensitive payment data.

  • • We may store non-sensitive billing details such as name, address, phone number, country, and transaction history for record and verification purposes.

  • • Prices and plans may change; users will be notified in advance of any significant updates.

7. Refunds

  • • Payments are non-refundable, except under limited circumstances as stated in our Refund Policy.

  • • If you did not receive the benefits (like credits, limits, or access) after a successful payment, please contact support@fluensio.com.

  • • Refunds may only be issued if:

    • • The payment was successful,

    • • The promised benefits were not received, and

    • • The user contacts support within 48 hours of payment and has not used any benefits.

  • • All refunds are subject to investigation and approval by the Fluensio support team.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

  • • Violate these Terms,

  • • Misuse the platform, or

  • • Act unlawfully or harm Fluensio's operations.

You may stop using Fluensio at any time by deleting your account.

9. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Fluensio may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services like Razorpay, Cloudinary, or analytics tools.
We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimer

Fluensio is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for a specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

SoftPeo and Fluensio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
When we do, we'll update the “Last Updated” date and notify users of any significant changes.
