Fluensio Workflow: Step-by-Step Guide

Fluensio is built around a simple but powerful workflow that helps creators move from an idea to publish-ready content in an organized and stress-free way.

This guide explains only the core Fluensio workflow — how most users use Fluensio daily.

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In

To get started with Fluensio, simply create an account or log in.

Once logged in, you'll be taken directly to your workspace dashboard, where all your content lives in one place.

Step 2: Set Content Preferences (First-Time Users Only)

If you are signing up for the first time, Fluensio will ask you to set Content Preferences.

These preferences are extremely important because they define how Fluensio's AI understands your content.

You only need to set three things:

1. Content Type

  • This covers:

  • • Your niche

  • • Your content format

  • • Your style and intent

Example:

I produce short, educational video tutorials focused on maximizing productivity. I break down the latest AI tools (like LLMs and image generators) and teach actionable automation hacks to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.

1. Target Audience

  • Here you describe:

  • • Who you create content for

  • • Their level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

  • • Their interests or problems

Example:

Busy professionals and tech-savvy entrepreneurs who need to boost efficiency immediately. They are searching for quick, practical video guides on new AI tools and automation strategies to eliminate repetitive work, maximize output, and free up time for high-value tasks.

3. Content Keywords

  • These are keywords related to:

  • • Your niche

  • • Topics you want to be known for

  • • Search intent and discovery

Example:

ai, chatbot, chatgpt, automation, no-code, technology, llms, ai tools, workflows, n8n

You can update content preferences later anytime from settings and profile page.

Step 3: Create Your First Idea (Core of Fluensio)

Ideas are the foundation of everything in Fluensio.

Every script, and metadata always starts from an Idea.

Idea Categories (Very Important)

  • Before creating an idea, you first select a category:

  • • Short Form Videos (Shorts, Reels)

  • • Long Form Videos (YouTube, Facebook)

Create Ideas in Two Ways

1. Manual Idea Input
  • Use this if:

  • • You already have ideas

  • • An idea comes to your mind suddenly

  • • You want full creative control

You can manually save ideas until you reach your Daily Manual Idea Input Limit or consume all of your Idea Credits.

2. AI Idea Generation

Fluensio can generate ideas using AI.

  • You can choose between 2 generation modes:

  • • Generate a Single Idea (Generates 1 Idea)

  • • Generate Multiple Ideas at Once (Generates 5 Ideas)

  • The AI analyzes:

  • • Your content preferences

  • • Your past saved data (permission is enabled by default)

The more you use Fluensio, the better AI outputs become.

  • You can also add:

  • • Additional context

  • • Custom instructions before generating ideas.

Saving & Regenerating Ideas

  • • You can select and save AI-generated ideas

  • • You can regenerate more ideas if you have Daily AI Idea Generation Limit remaining

  • • Deleting an idea does not refund Idea Credits

Idea Dashboard & Management

  • All saved ideas appear in a clean table view, where you can:

  • • Sort by category

  • • Search ideas

  • • Apply filters

  • • Track status

  • Each idea has a status badge:

  • • Draft

  • • In Progress

  • • Posted

When an Idea's status changes, the same status automatically applies to its child Script and Metadata.

  • You can also:

  • • Download a PDF of the ideas table

  • • Download by specific category

Step 4: Create Scripts from Ideas

You can create scripts in three ways:

  • 1. Manual Script
    • • Write everything yourself

    • • Best for creators who prefer full control

  • 2. AI-Generated Script
    • • AI creates a complete script

    • • Based on idea + preferences

    • • Supports additional instructions and context

  • 3. Hybrid (Recommended)
    • • Generate script with AI

    • • Edit, rewrite, and personalize it

    • • Combine AI speed with human creativity

Script Creation Flow

1. Choose:

  • • New Script (manual)

  • • Generate Script (AI)

2. Select category

3. Select idea

  • • Only ideas of that category appear

  • • Only ideas without scripts appear

4. Apply filters if needed

4. Click "Create New Script" or "Generate Script"

You are then redirected to the script editor or AI generation page.

Script Management

  • At any time, you can:

  • • Edit scripts

  • • Copy scripts

  • • Delete scripts

  • • Download any script as PDF

  • • Regenerate any script using AI

Script regeneration uses Regeneration Credits

Regeneration works for both manually written and AI generated scripts

Step 5: Generate Metadata (Same Logic as Scripts)

Metadata follows exactly the same workflow as scripts.

  • Metadata includes:

  • • Titles

  • • Descriptions

  • • Tags

  • • Captions (platform-specific)

Metadata Creation Options

  • 1. Manual Metadata Writing
    • • Write everything yourself

    • • Best for creators who prefer full control

  • 2. AI-Generated Metadata (Recommended)
    • • AI creates a complete metadata

    • • Based on idea + video script + preferences

    • • Supports additional instructions and context

    • AI-generated metadata is:

    • • Platform-optimized

    • • SEO-friendly

    • • Ready to use

    • • Fully editable

  • 3. Hybrid (Recommended)
    • • Generate metadata with AI

    • • Edit, rewrite, and personalize it

    • • Combine AI speed with human creativity

Metadata Creation Flow

1. Choose:

  • • New Metadata (manual)

  • • Generate Metadata (AI)

2. Select category

3. Select idea

  • • Only ideas of that category appear

  • • Only ideas without scripts appear

4. Apply filters if needed

4. Click "Create New Metadata" or "Generate Metadata"

You are then redirected to the metadata editor or AI generation page.

Metadata Management

  • At any time, you can:

  • • Edit metadata

  • • Copy metadata

  • • Delete metadata

  • • Download any metadata as PDF

  • • Regenerate any metadata using AI

Regeneration works for both manually written and AI generated metadata
